Compared to other coils, people need to pay attention to the following when installing solenoid valve coils:
Check if the electromagnetic valve coil matches the selected parameters, such as pressure difference. If the two cannot reach an agreement, the solenoid valve coil will be burned out. The voltage fluctuation should be controlled within the normal range and meet the rated voltage.
Install the solenoid valve coil vertically on a horizontal and ground pipeline. If there are special circumstances that prevent vertical installation, a suitable solenoid valve should be customized in advance to prevent the coil from working properly.
Pay attention to the installation direction and remember not to install it upside down. Installation should be strictly carried out according to the direction indicated on the packaging. In certain special circumstances, such as vacuum, reverse installation can also be carried out.
If water hammer occurs in the medium, corresponding protective measures must be taken or electromagnetic valve coils with waterproof hammer function must be selected.
The electromagnetic valve coil cannot be continuously energized. Once the temperature is too high, it is easy to burn out, which not only reduces its quality but also shortens its service life.
Carefully check if the coil is intact and undamaged. If obvious abnormalities are found in the coil, it should be replaced in a timely manner, otherwise this type of coil directly affects the normal use of the solenoid valve.
